朝食の後、ガイドとの顔合わせを兼ねた簡単なミーティングを行い、出発！北上し、アンデス地方のオタバロに向かいます。先住民の工芸品や文化を探求できる青空マーケットを見学。もちろん買い物もできます。その後、聖なる山・インバブラ火山のふもとにある先住民ケチュア族のエコ・ヴィレッジ、サンクレメンテ村に向かい、午後遅くまでには到着。夕食と宿泊はケチュア族のホストファミリーの元で過ごし、アンデスの伝統音楽のライブ演奏など、文化交流を楽しみます。

After breakfast, we will meet with the guide for a short meeting before departing. We will then head north to explore the open-air indigenous artisan market in Otavalo's Andean region. We will reach San Clemente in the afternoon, an indigenous-owned, community-based project near the Imbabura volcano.

You will enjoy dinner and accommodations with Quichua host families and experience sharing cultures, including live traditional Andean music.

Breakfast with families followed by teachings about the Andean cosmo-vision and forest hike to learn about native medicinal plants. 

In the afternoon, will have a cleansing ceremony to be prepared to enter the rainforest.

After enjoying a leisurely breakfast, we will pack our belongings and drive to the small town of Shell. From there, we will take a 60-minute flight on small planes deep into the Amazon rainforest to reach the Achuar village of Wayusentsa, where our Achuar friends will be waiting for us. 

Upon arrival, we will settle into our lodging and then have an orientation meeting followed by lunch. In the afternoon, we will have an Achuar language class and learn about the role of women in Achuar communities and their Ikiama Nukuri Project.

Experience a day with the women of the Wayusentsa community and immerse yourself in their vibrant culture. Learn the traditional art of ceramic-making, from gathering clay to shaping and coloring the pottery. 

Enjoy meaningful conversations and discover the rich traditions and craftsmanship behind their beautiful ceramics.

女性たちとの交流を続け、アチュアル族の大切な飲み物「チチャ」の準備に参加します。まずは彼女たちの畑でマニオク（キャッサバ）を採り、調理を手伝います。午後は、聖なる滝を訪ね、自然と文化につながり、特別な儀式に備え、一日の終わりに、内なる平和と自分を振返るための、シャーマンによる特別な儀式に臨みます（儀式の参加はオプションです）。

To continue engaging in activities and immersing with the women, be part of preparing their important drink, "the chicha". Start by visiting their garden to gather manioc and assist in the cooking process. 

In the afternoon, prepare for the special ceremony by bathing in the sacred waterfall, connecting with nature and culture. Conclude your day with the ceremony led by a shaman, aimed at promoting inner tranquility and introspection

昨夜の儀式についてより深い気づきを得るため、シャーマンと振り返ります。その後、川または滝ですがすがしい水浴を楽しみ、自然の静けさにさらに浸ります。午後は、女性や子どもたちとバレーボールを楽しみ、笑いと共に交流を深めます。

思い出に残る一日を、アチュアルの文化に浸ったことや、自分自身の成長の経験を味わいながら、休息し、終えていきます。

Debrief with the shaman to reflect on your experiences and gain deeper insights. Enjoy a refreshing bath in the river or waterfall, connecting further with nature's tranquility. 

In the afternoon, engage in a friendly volleyball game with the women and children, fostering community spirit and laughter. 

Finally, rest and integrate your memorable day, savoring the moments of cultural immersion and personal growth.

Bid farewell to the warm-hearted people of Wayusentsa and indulge in some handicraft shopping before embarking on a scenic canoe ride to the Kapawi Lodge. Arrive just in time for a delicious lunch. Spend your afternoon soaking in the breathtaking sunset views along the tranquil banks of the Pastaza River, immersing yourself in the natural beauty of the Amazon rainforest.

 早朝にバードウォッチングやアニマルウォッチングに出かけます。朝食後、ハイキングに出かけ、薬草やアチュアルの精神性について学んだ後、巨大なケイポックツリーのまわりで瞑想をします。午後は川で、カヤックやカヌーを漕いだり泳いだり。運が良ければ、伝説のピンクカワイルカに出会えるかもしれません。

In the early morning, enjoy bird and animal watching. After breakfast, embark on a hike to explore medicinal plants and deepen your understanding of their healing properties. Conclude this enriching experience with a traditional steam bath infused with medicinal plants.

In the afternoon, explore the river, swimming and floating in kayaks or canoes, with a chance to spot the legendary pink river dolphin. 

午前中はカパウィ近くのワチルパス集落に出かけ、シャーマンと共に聖なる滝を訪ねます。カパウィに戻りランチを取り、午後は自由時間で、日記を書いたり、泳いだり、カパウィ周辺を散策したりできます。

On this day, visit the Achuar Village of Wachirpas and meet Shaman Sumpa. Take a hike to his waterfall, where you'll participate in a tobacco ceremony for cleansing. Return to Kapawi for lunch and enjoy some free time for journaling, swimming, or further exploring the Kapawi area.

朝食後、カパワリ川をカヌーで下り、合流したパスタサ川を遡ってシャラメンツァのコミュニティへと向かいます。伝統的なアチュアル族の歓迎を受け、オリエンテーションの後、パスタサ川のほとりに建つアチュアル族のコミュニティ・ロッジで荷物をほどきます。午後は熱帯雨林をハイキングし、手つかずの自然が持つパワーと生命力に触れましょう。

After breakfast, we'll canoe down the Capahauri River and up the Pastaza River to the Achuar community of Sharamentsa. We'll receive a traditional welcome, settle into the community lodge, and take a rainforest hike in the afternoon. In the evening, we'll learn about Achuar chants and their meanings.

早朝、アチュアルの家族と夢を共有する儀式に参加し、その後、シャラメンツァの環境、開発、保健プロジェクトについて学びます。また、女性コミュニティ・リーダーとの交流を通じてコミュニティの一日を深めます。午後は、女性や子供たちと一緒にスポーツ・アクティビティに参加し、夜には、お別れの夕食と文化交流で、共有した経験とつながりを祝い、一日を締めくくります。

In the early morning, participate in a dream-sharing ritual with Achuar families. Later in the day, explore Sharamentsa Village and learn about their environmental, development, and health projects. Engage in a profound conversation with a female community leader and enjoy a community day.

In the afternoon, join in sports activities with the women and children of the community. Conclude the day with a farewell dinner and cultural exchange, celebrating the shared experiences and connections made.

 朝食後、アチュアルのホストたちに別れを告げ、セスナで1時間のシェルの空港へ戻ります。そこから、バスで4時間かけて熱帯雲霧林を抜け、アンデス高地の保養地パパヤクタへ。美味しい食事を楽しんだり、天然温泉に入ったり、ゆっくり休息し、また振り返るための自由時間があります。

After breakfast, we’ll say goodbye to our hosts and then begin our 60-minute flight to the small town of Shell, followed by a 4-hour drive through the cloud forest to an Andean highland retreat and natural hot springs called Termas Papallacta. Free time for rest, reflection, and enjoyment of the gourmet food and bathe in the natural volcanic hot springs.

After breakfast, engage in a powerful inquiry and discussion session to deepen the context and meaning of our journey, inspired by our time with the indigenous people who influenced the work of the Pachamama Alliance and Earth Wisdom Japan.  After lunch, we will begin our journey back to Quito, arriving at the Cultura Manor Hotel for dinner and overnight lodging.

In the afternoon, visit the captivating Chapel of Man museum, showcasing a remarkable collection of contemporary art. Return to the hotel for dinner. You will have the option to spend the night at the charming Cultura Manor or prepare for your journey back home.
